Services offered by me are Massage Parties for a Wedding Party,Bridal Shower, Pampered Teen Parties,Spa Event,a Womens Day,etc. I offer Chair Massage in the Business & Salon enviroment,Body Wraps and Massages. I give 1/2 to 2 Hour massages. My BodyWraps vary from Exfoliating to Aromatherapy and are about 30-60 minutes. I can't forget about the hand & feet treatments that last up to 30min. which are all so relaxing.
The Importance of Hydration
There is no question that being hydrated when you have your massage leads to more beneficial effects. Thus, I encourage you to drink a lot of water in the twelve to twenty-four hours before your massage. Good therapeutic massage always releases toxins that have built up in your system. Remember to drink plenty of water after a massage!
Starting Your Special Day On Time
To my first time clients I ask that you arrive 10 minutes early and please take a moment to fill out a Health History form in order for me to provide a safe and effective massage. I will review your health history form with you for any questions, needs or special request.
